Title 24 for Indoor Lighting Services
Effective July 1, 2014, the California Energy Commission adopted changes to the California Building Efficiency Standards
(California Title 24, Parts 1 and 6), which is the building design code for new or altered projects, that require lighting and devices to be certified as properly installed and operational, prior to issuance of occupancy permits. We work with General and Electrical Contractors, Architects, Engineers and Facility professionals to certify their Title 24 compliance needs. Our Title 24 services consist of site inspections, compliance testing, and providing final acceptance certifications on installations of non-residential lighting and lighting controls. Our technical consultations are always part of our service after construction plans are received. Contact our professionals to fulfill your project’s energy certification needs!
